refund policy & returns

Thank you for shopping at THE MART HEART.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Definitions

For the purposes of this refund policy & returns:

- company (referred to as either "the company", "we", "us" or "our" in this agreement) refers to THE MART HEART

- goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service

- orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us

- service refers to the website

- website refers to THE MART HEART, accessible from themartheart.com

- you means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Conditions for returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@themartheart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

For refunds, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please get a tracking number when you send your return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. Please note we do not stand for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. Please mark your package as a return when sending back to us. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will process returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods at the adrdress given by e-mail.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
